At Rome City Schools, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to every student on their educational journey. Our Student Support services are designed to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. We believe in a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) approach, which tailors interventions to the unique needs of each student. Our Response to Intervention (RTI) program identifies students who may need additional assistance and provides targeted interventions to help them succeed.
Our Student Support Team is here to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students to address any challenges and provide solutions. We understand that every student is unique, and we are committed to finding the best ways to support their growth and development. Our Section 504 services ensure that students with disabilities have access to the accommodations and modifications they need to fully participate in the educational experience.
We also promote a positive and inclusive school environment through Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS). This framework encourages positive behaviors and teaches essential social skills, contributing to a respectful and productive atmosphere for all.
