Strack has been an integral part of the Rome City Schools community for the past 15 years, dedicating her career to serving the students, parents, faculty, and staff of the district. Her journey within the school system includes five years in various leadership roles, where she demonstrated exceptional expertise and a passion for educational excellence.
Having spent the last two years as the assistant principal at West End Elementary, Strack has gained invaluable experience overseeing daily operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing effective instructional strategies. Her prior experience includes serving as an instructional math coach for three years, further solidifying her understanding of curriculum development and student achievement.
Throughout her career, Strack has fostered strong relationships with all members of the school community, emphasizing open communication, trust, and a shared commitment to student success. Her experiences at Elm Street, East Central, and West End have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by each school, allowing her to approach her new role with a well-rounded perspective.
